Central Intercept Software

The City of Kirkwood (hereafter noted as “the City”) is requesting sealed qualifications for Central Intercept Software. Qualified Firms (hereafter noted as “Firm”) are invited to submit sealed qualifications to provide Central Intercept Software for the City of Kirkwood in accordance with the specifications contained herein.

Sealed proposals, subject to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of this request, will be received electronically until 2 :30 PM CT, October 23 , 2023 . General information and instructions to respondents are contained herein.

All questions pertaining to this opportunity must be asked via Ionwave. The City is not permitted to answer any questions regarding a solicitation via Email or Phone.

No Faxed, Hand Delivered, Mailed, or Emailed Responses will be accepted. Any contact by Supplier in regards to this proposal with City personnel other than those defined herein may be considered grounds for dismissal of Supplier’s proposal.
