Notice is hereby given that the City of Joplin, Missouri, will accept sealed bids at Joplin City Hall, 602 S. Main Street until 10:00 A.M. December 9, 2024 for:

Vehicle and Asset Management System and Software

This project includes the equipment and associated software to manage and track vehicle and equipment assets and maintenance records for the City of Joplin. The outcome should include devices and software that includes: maintenance tracking, safety alerts, fuel management and optimization, driver behavior and safety, GPS asset tracking, video capture, mapping for optimized route scheduling, on-line accessible platform, and exportable reporting features. The city intends to purchase an initial number of units and continue acquiring units as resources allow.
