Project Description: THIS SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE SOLELY TO THE TOWN'S LIST OF PREQUALIFIED CONTRACTORS
The Town of Palm Beach is seeking bids from contractors, who were prequalified via Town of Palm Beach RFQ No. 2024-31, to remodel the Firehouse Kitchen and Desk area; all terms and conditions of RFQ No. 2024-31 shall apply to the solicitation.
The Central Fire Station is located at 355 S County Road, Palm Beach, FL 33480.
The objective of this renovation is to enhance durability, sanitation, functionality, and ergonomics while maintaining the existing footprints of the spaces.

SUBMISSION:
The Town only accepts online submittal of bids through Euna Procurement (Bonfire), the eProcurement platform linked to the Town website, promoting a greener footprint.
PRE-BID MEETING:
A "NON-MANDATORY" Pre-Bid Meeting will be held virtually via the Microsoft Teams meeting platform.

Attendance is strongly encouraged as this meeting and the mandatory site visit will be the only forum(s) to seek clarification directly from Town staff.
After the award, no extra charge or compensation will be permitted as a result of failure to attend.
SITE VISIT:
A "MANDATORY" Site Visit will be held at the Town of Palm Beach Central Fire Station located at 355 S County Road, Palm Beach, FL 33480.
Date/Time are specified in the "Events" section.
Bids from firms who did not have a representative in attendance at the MANDATORY Site Visit shall be deemed not responsive and shall not be considered for award.
AWARD:
Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Invitation to Bid.
The Town reserves the right to award to that bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal.
The Town reserves the right to award on an all-or-none basis or on a line-by-line basis.
Prices quoted must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the close of the bid.
RESPONSIBLE VENDOR DETERMINATION:
Respondent is hereby notified that Section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, requires that the Town of Palm Beach may not request documentation of or consider a vendor’s social, political, or ideological interest when determining if the vendor is a responsible vendor.
