Media Notification for Legal Advertisement

Legal Advertisement to run for 2 days in the Lebanon Daily Record

The City of Lebanon, Missouri (“The City”) invites bids from qualified organizations for the

Beck Lane Sidewalk Construction project located in Lebanon, MO 65536. This bid shall include

all material, equipment, labor, fuel and project management required to complete this project as

outlined in the specifications.

Bids will be accepted until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 24, 2026. Bids will be accepted

electronically through our e-bidding provider, Ion Wave Technologies from qualified persons or

firms interested in submitting a bid at https://lebanonmissouri.ionwave.net/Login.aspx.

The City of Lebanon, Missouri hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in

any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses owned and controlled by

socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded full opportunity to submit

bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race,

color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry, or national origin in consideration for an award.

All bidders must be on MoDOT’s Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 from the current

version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, including all

revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening.

There is optional pre-bid meeting scheduled for Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 10:00 A.M.,

at Lebanon City Public Works located at 1401 W Commercial ST, Lebanon, MO. This meeting

will discuss further details of the project and answer any questions. It is recommended the

contractor or designated representative be present at this meeting.

The successful provider shall enter into an agreement in a form substantially similar to the City’s

Form of Agreement; such Agreement shall embody the requirements and terms and conditions of

the Invitation for Bids and the Bids as accepted by the City. The project shall be awarded to the

lowest, responsive, responsible bidder.
