Central Business District Replacement Program - Phase 2A - Design

The City of Lloydminster (City) is accepting submissions from qualified Vendors interested in completing design engineering services on behalf of the City. The project will involve data collection including topographical survey using GPS or Total Station equipment, master plan review and assessment, utility locates, design services, a Certificate of Design, and Class “A” Construction Cost Estimate preparation. The intent of the work will be to provide the City with a completed design package and a Class “A Construction Cost Estimate such that a Bid Document can be created by Engineering Services for use in subsequent years.
