Center Ramp Paving - MAASF

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Center Ramp Paving - MAASF located at Mather Army Aviation Support Facility (MAASF), 10606 Superfortress Drive, Mather, CA 95655. The Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials to remove existing concrete pads, cut, form, and pour new slabs and swales, grind and re-pave asphalt, seal cracks, fabricate and install metal light covers, apply new striping, and properly dispose of all debris, ensuring compliance with California Building Codes (2022) and project specifications at Mather AASF, while providing a project schedule and taking responsibility for any damages incurred outside the scope of work during demolition. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 34932 - DO NOT OPEN.

Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 4/10/2025, at 10:00 AM at Mather Army Aviation Support Facility (MAASF), 10606 Superfortress Drive, Mather, CA 95655. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Sergey Kinchak at Sergey.Kinchak@cmd.ca.gov.

Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project.

The prime contractor MUST possess a type A - General Engineering Contractor license.

All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Sergey Kinchak, at Sergey.Kinchak@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 4/17/2025. Email subject lines must state RFI FOR EVENT# 34932.

If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be held on 5/1/2025 at 2:00 PM.
