Sealed Bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at which time a public bid opening will be held for construction of the above listed project. Bids must be received at the Center for Human Services Ewing Center, 1500 N. Ewing Drive, Sedalia MO 65301 and should be clearly marked “SEALED BID ENCLOSED” and bearing the project name.

A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at the Center for Human Services Ewing Center, 1500 N. Ewing Drive, Sedalia MO 65301. It is not a mandatory meeting but interested bidders are encouraged to attend.

All equipment, materials, and quality of work must be in accord with the drawings and specifications on file with the office of Consulting Architect, Robert Rollings Architects, LLC, 208 S. Lamine Ave., Sedalia, MO 65301.

Copies of the Contract Documents desired for bidding purposes may be viewed online at Drexel Technologies, Inc. 913-371-4430, http://projectbids.drexeltech.com . Digital plans may be purchased (non-refundable)for download or CD at the cost of production. Paper sets may be purchased from Drexel Technologies at the cost of production. Credit cards are accepted, checks for digital plans should be made payable to Drexel Technologies. All checks shall be mailed to Drexel Technologies, Inc. 10840 W. 86th St., Lenexa, KS 66214-1632. Bidding documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related shipping charges.

No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least thirty (30) days.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicalities therein, to determine the lowest responsible bidder.
