A/E Services for the design of a new +/- 90,000 SF Center for Cybersecurity and AI on the Barton Campus. The
anticipated building program will include lecture classrooms, specialized labs (including a Cyber Range), collaboration
and meeting spaces, and offices and support. Provide basic and additional architectural and engineering services to include
programming, design, construction documents, construction administration and cost estimating.

DESCRIPTION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES/QUALIFICATIONS ANTICIPATED FOR PROJECT:
A complete A/E team is required to execute the proposed work. Disciplines include architectural, electrical, mechanical,
structural, civil, to include a geotechnical site analysis, fire protection design, cost estimating, building commissioning
ANTICIPATED CONSTRUCTION COST RANGE: $45,000,000 to $50,000,000 N/A:
INTERESTED FIRMS SHOULD SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING:
1. A Current STANDARD FEDERAL FORM 330;
2. The Name and Contact Information, including Email, of a Primary Contact;
3. A Certification stating whether the Firm is a Resident of South Carolina (See SC Code 11-35-3215); and
4. Response to Selection Criteria set forth in SC Code 11-35-3220.
