This project is bid in accordance with the Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. The bidder with the successful bid will be required to enter into a Contract with the City of Owasso and execute all necessary bonds (Statutory, Performance, and Maintenance) in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, with a corporate surety approved by the City of Owasso, provide proof of insurance, as well as comply with all appropriate city, state, and federal codes and ordinances.
