Centennial Park Clubhouse Electrical Redistribution Project

Notice is hereby given that sealed Bids will be received by the Town of Munster until June 2, 2026, at
10 AM at the Munster Town Hall (Clerk Treasurer's Office), 1005 Ridge Road, Munster, IN 46321 at
which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud, for the furnishing of all labor and material for the
construction of the Paving Improvements project. Bids shall be sealed and clearly labeled "Centennial
Clubhouse Electrical Redistribution". Any bids received later than the above time will be returned
unopened.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of electrical redistribution for the Centennial Clubhouse
site including new electric service and metering, coordination with NIPSCO, outdoor service cabinets and
panels, CT cabinets and transformers, removal and abandonment of select existing electrical
infrastructure, refeeding of existing outdoor electrical loads, underground conduit, conductors, and
handhole installation, installation of Owner-provided fountain equipment and control panels, electrical
cutover, and all appurtenances required to provide a complete and operational system..
COMPLETION DATE: This work shall be substantially completed by October 2, 2026, and fully completed
by October 30, 2026.
BID DOCUMENTS: Plans, Specifications, and Plan Documents are available for examination at the Clerk-
Treasurer's Office at Munster Town Hall, 1005 Ridge Road, Munster, IN 46321. Electronic copies of the
Plans, Specifications and Plan Documents may be obtained from Reprographic Arts Online Planroom
(www.raplanroom.com). A complete set consists of a set of plans and a set of specifications and bidding
documents in electronic PDF format. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on bid forms
contained in the Contract Documents.
