Cengea Planner Maintenance and Support – Trimble Forestry Corporation

The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), intend to enter into an agreement up to 24 mos. with Trimble Forestry Corporation for continued, uninterrupted software maintenance & support for Cengea Planner, which is a Silviculture and Roads Module (SRM).

The SRM software works in conjunction with Trimble’s Forest Management System used for but not limited to manage land records and plan forest management activities. Trimble Forestry Corporation retain exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary maintenance and support. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
