Cemetery Master Plan

The City of Fernley (City) is requesting proposals from professional consulting firms to provide professional services in developing a master plan for the Fernley Desert Memorial Garden Cemetery in Fernley, Nevada. The purpose of the master plan is to provide guidance for preservation, future development, and on-going maintenance of the cemetery. The primary objective of the project will be to produce a master plan and long-term vision for the City’s cemetery.

Information packets regarding the content of the RFP will be available at the City of Fernley, Public Works Department, 595 Silver Lace Blvd, Fernley, Nevada or at www.cityoffernley.org under Bid Postings under the tab Request for Proposals or to receive the information packet emailed to you, please call (775)-784-9910.  The deadline for submitting the RFP is 4:00 p.m. Local Time, November 7, 2025.

Submit one (1) unbound original and one (1) digital storage device, with files saved in PDF format. The original paper document and digital storage device shall be postmarked no later than Friday, November 7, 2025. Both versions are required. Faxes and late responses will not be accepted.

Proposals must be received by 4:00 PM PST on or before November 7, 2025.

No proposals will be accepted after that time.

The City of Fernley intends to contract with a firm before December 31, 2025.
