Description:

The City of Missoula (hereinafter referred to as the City) is a municipal corporation of the State of Montana and is accepting proposals from qualified firms for a Cemetery Management System (CMS). The City is investigating entering into a contract with a qualified and responsible firm and accordingly is furnishing herein a set of specifications by which such proposals shall be judged. Any firm (hereinafter called Vendor) desiring to furnish a quotation for such services shall submit a proposal according to the instructions and format of the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.

The City seeks a Vendor who has experience in partnering with municipalities to enhance their continued online capabilities and Cemetery Management.

The Vendor must provide secure, cloud-based hosting services with 24/7/365 support. The partnership between the selected vendor and the City will enhance the current online presence, engage citizens and allow the City to maintain and upgrade the historic data that is registered with the Missoula Historical Preservation Commission and which serves Missoula, Montana.
