Description

The objective of this RFP is to solicit proposals that will enable the City of Charlotte to determine which company and proposed solution will best meet the city’s needs for the services detailed in the scope of work.

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies and materials required to provide grounds maintenance services for the following cemeteries:

East Elmwood and 9th Street Pinewood
West Elmwood
Evergreen
Oaklawn

The work consists of, but is not limited to, turf maintenance; edging; cleanup of grass, leaves, trash and debris; ornamental tree care; shrub and groundcover maintenance; mulching; insect, disease and weed control; and storm debris removal.
