Project Description: The objective of this RFP is to solicit Proposals that will enable the City to determine which Company and Proposed Solution will best meet the City’s needs for the Services detailed in the Scope of Work.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials required to provide grounds maintenance services for:
• East Elmwood and 9th Street Pinewood Cemeteries
• West Elmwood Cemetery
• Evergreen Cemetery
• Oaklawn Cemetery
The Work consists of, but is not limited to, turf maintenance; edging; cleanup of grass, leaves, trash, and debris; ornamental tree care; shrub and groundcover maintenance; mulching; insect, disease, and weed control; and storm debris removal.
