Cementitious-Urethane (Epoxy) Flooring Installation

Provide all the labor, material, equipment, transportation, travel, expenses, and supervision necessary to install a cementitious-urethane flooring used in high-traffic areas, as listed in these specifications, at the North Common Educational Complex. It is the intent of this invitation for bids to engage a contractor to successfully install cementitious-urethane flooring in the North Common Educational Complex (NCEC) Epoxy Flooring Project 1 ^st floor NCEC Building Café Area, Staff Room, Store, Office & Halls From Door 9 to Door 16. A list of the NCEC Building and square footage can be found on the Form of General Bid included in this IFB.

Bidders shall meet at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at the front of the North Common Education Complex, located at 58 Lawrence Street, Lawrence, MA. The Contractor shall not be relieved from assuming all responsibility for properly estimating the difficulties and the cost of performing the services required with this IFB because of failure to investigate the conditions or become acquainted with all the information concerning the services to be performed. The Lawrence Public Schools will not have/perform other pre-bid walkthroughs.
