Cement Walkway-Sanitation

The Town of Yarmouth, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the Cement walkway project at the Sanitation Facility, located at 597 Forest Road, South Yarmouth, MA 02664.

The Town of Yarmouth is seeking services for a qualified contractor. The work includes, without limiting the generality thereof, repairs and replacements as needed to the cement walkway at the Yarmouth Disposal Area. The contractor is responsible for providing all materials, labor, and equipment as specified to perform the work. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the words:

“Cement Walkway-Sanitation”

Bid specifications may be examined and obtained online at https://www.yarmouth.ma.us/bids.aspx after 12:00pm beginning August 26, 2026.

A site visit is Mandatory for this project. The Mandatory Site visit will take place on Friday September 4, 2026, at 1:00pm at the Yarmouth Disposal area located at 597 Forest Road, South Yarmouth, MA. Sealed Bids will be received by the Town of Yarmouth at the Town of Yarmouth DPW, 74 Town Brook Road, West Yarmouth, MA 02673, until 2:00 p.m. September 17, 2026.
