The County is requesting Quotes for a cloud-based solution that captures, archives, stores, indexes, retains, searches, and retrieves mobile text message communications for County-owned mobile devices to support public records retention, legal discovery, compliance, and records management requirements.
The County seeks a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that provides secure archival of mobile communications and associated records management functionality.
