Pre-Bid Conference: Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged. All visitors

to the CLT Center are required to show photo ID and obtain a visitor’s pass from the CLT Center front desk. Please

allow time for this procedure as the Pre-Bid Conference and Bid Opening times can NOT be changed for any reason.

Preferred brand alternates, to the extent applicable, will be addressed at the Pre-Bid Conference.
