Scope of Services
The Work is for construction of a new Class I landfill base liner system, covering approximately 52± acres, adjacent to an existing and actively operating solid waste disposal area at the Central Disposal Facility (CDF) located in Cocoa, Florida. The Work includes furnishing all labor, work, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, fees and services, incidentals, health and safety, and performing all work necessary to construct Cell 3 Class I landfill base liner system and all related components including all civil, electrical, mechanical and I&C expansions and improvements as shown on the plans and as specified.
