Description

Deschutes County Solid Waste is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide design development, regulatory documentation, bidding assistance, and construction management services for the construction of Cell 10 at Knott Landfill in Bend, Oregon. Services include preparation of DEQ-compliant design reports, plans and specifications, construction quality assurance documentation, and project oversight during construction.
