Description


The Conyers City Council is seeking proposals from qualified contractors interested in providing all labor, materials, and equipment for the Celebration Park Renovation, located at 949 NE Main Street, Conyers, GA 30012. Bids will be accepted until the bid opening date and time on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. EST at the City of Conyers, located at 901 O¿Kelly Street, Conyers, Georgia 30012. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, September 15, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. EST. located at the City of Conyers (Public Meeting Room) located at 901 O¿Kelly Street, Conyers, Georgia 30012. Submit questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding this bid no later than Thursday, September 18, 2025 by 5:00 p.m. EST. Written responses will be issued in an addendum. A 5% Bid Bond will be required. Prior to contract execution, a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract will be required from the awarded bidder.
