A second site visit for the subject project has been scheduled for Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 10:00am local time. Due to

security requirements, all attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. State driver's license) to gain access to the site.

All contractors must submit a list of attendance at least 24 hours in advance to joshua.j.espinosa@faa.gov. Your list

must note which employees (name as appears on photo ID and company) will attend. Any attendee not on the

official list will be denied access to the facility. Any and all RFIs resulting from the Contract documents and site visit must be submitted to me in writing no less than 5 calendar days after the conclusion of the site visit. Answers will be provided to all offerors via amendment to the solicitation.

The Federal Aviation Administration, Enroute Construction Branch, has a construction effort to refurbish the ceiling grid and panels in multiple rooms at the Houston Air Route Traffic Control Center in Houston, Texas.



This project is set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 236220, size standard $45.0 million.



The Request for Offer (RFO), including Statement of Work, Photos, and Wage Rates are attached to this announcement.



The price range for this requirement is below $100,000.
