Synopsis	This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for consultants to provide Professional Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services which are required for constructability reviews, contract administration, inspection, and materials sampling and testing for Hartley Road Widening (San Jose Boulevard to Old St Augustine Road).
Amendment Description	The purpose of the addendum is to provide the volume of work form and to provide clarification of JSEB Commodity codes. (below) For the Hartley Road Widening CEI Services solicitation, the intent is for JSEB participation to be based on CEI / construction engineering and inspection–related services, rather than construction contractor services. Accordingly, holding the appropriate CEI or engineering inspection–related JSEB commodity codes will be considered sufficient for compliance at the time of bid opening, and firms are not required to hold the construction-related commodity codes referenced in the solicitation.
