INTRODUCTION
The Bay County Board of County Commissioners invites firms to submit statement of qualifications to provide professional engineering services to support the construction and installation of three additional filters at the Water Treatment Plant. Professional services to be provided include, but are not limited to, surveying, design review based on their combined experience with Water Treatment Plant filters involving process and equipment, and Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services.
Funding for the project may be made possible through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection through the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by FDEP and the EPA. Respondents shall comply with the FDEP Supplementary Conditions and the labor standards clauses shown at Exhibit 3.
SUBMITTAL DEADLINE/DELIVERY
SEALED SUBMITTALS for RFQ NO: 26-07 Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services for Three Additional Filters at the Water Treatment Plant will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA at the Purchasing Department, 840 West 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401 up until 2:00 PM (CST) Tuesday, December 2, 2025. Submittals will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline. It is the sole responsibility of the Respondent to ensure that the Submittal is received on time.
