The City of Mt. Juliet seeks to retain the services of a professional consultant engineering firm to provide services for Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) related to construction of the Old Lebanon Dirt RoadImprovements project from Moreland Drive to Chandler Road. The professional engineering consulting firm must be on TDOT’s pre-approved list or have a completed pre-qualification form filed with TDOT by the deadline for the Letters of Interest. Firms may request consideration by submitting a letter of interest to the City of Mt. Juliet via email at For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address.. All letters of interest must be received by the City of Mt. Juliet on or before 5:00 pm CST on Friday, October 10, 2025. The letter of interest shall indicate the scope of services to be completed by any sub-consultants.
