Scope of Work: Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified CONSULTANT for Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services. CONSULTANT to provide contract administration, inspection and materials sampling and testing services for the projects known as Estero Boulevard roadway repairs, which runs from Crescent Street to Big Carlos Pass Bridge in general accordance with Lee County, Florida Greenbook, and Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) policy, procedures and requirements.
