Cedartown Performing Arts Center Renovation (Phase 1)

The City of Cedartown, Georgia, is seeking sealed bids for the renovation of an existing performing arts center as described in the Specifications, Construction Drawings, and Bid Documents. The sealed bids will be received by Edward Guzman, City Manager, in the Commission Chamber of Cedartown City Hall, 201 East Avenue, Cedartown, Georgia, 30125, until the 20th of April 2026 at 2:00 P.M. local time. At that time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Submit one copy of executed offer on Bid Forms provided, signed, sealed in a closed, opaque envelope, and clearly identified with Bidder's name and address, Project name, and Owner's name on the exterior. Bids are submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission.

Pre-Bid Meeting: A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. local time, at Cedartown City Hall, 201 East Avenue, Cedartown, Georgia, 30125. A site walk will be held immediately afterward.
