Paulding County (County) is soliciting Qualification-Based Proposals exhibiting the expertise to
provide preliminary engineering and final design services for Cedarcrest Road Widening (CR 473)
and associated intersections, located in Paulding County Georgia. The project must be designed to
achieve at least a Level of Service “D” 20 years from the base / open year.
The purpose of this project is to improve safety, mobility and access to all roadway users.
