The County of Lehigh will receive sealed bids until 4:00 P.M. Local Time, September 3, 2025, and will publicly open said bids after 10:00 A.M. Local Time, September 4, 2025, for the D-WING CHILLER REPLACEMENT PROJECT at Cedarbrook-Allentown Senior Care & Rehab.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held in the Cedarbrook A-Wing Conference Room at the 350 S. Cedarbrook Road, Allentown, PA 18104 project site, with a brief site tour following, on August 21, 2025, commencing at 2:00 P.M.? Bidders should park in the visitor parking area.
