The successful bidder will provide concrete and brick work for sidewalk and stair replacement, stormwater pipe replacement, upgrades to landscaping, lighting and electrical service.
Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent at the City of Maryville Municipal Building in the Engineering Conference Room (lower level) - 416 W. Broadway Ave., Maryville, Tennessee, 37801, or electronically via email at comsealedbid@maryville-tn.gov until 2:00 p.m., local time,
October 7, 2025 , at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
