Cedar Hill Cemetery Gravity Sewer Replacement

SCOPE OF WORK – Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and other required incidentals for the construction of approximately 2,010 linear feet new 15-inch (minimum) inner diameter gravity sanitary sewer pipe and 68 linear feet of new 8-inch inner diameter gravity sanitary sewer pipe. Construction of a new doghouse manhole and eight (8) new 60-inch diameter manholes. Appurtenant work includes: bypass pumping, site demolition, grading, sanitary sewer abandonment, manhole abandonment, temporary environmental controls, site restoration, and other work necessary to complete the construction.

A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held starting at 10:00 a.m. on October 23, 2024 at The Public Utilities Operations Center, Training Room, 272 Benton Road, Suffolk, VA 23434. A MANDATORY site visit will commence following conclusion of the pre-bid conference.

BIDS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FROM BIDDERS WHO ARE IN ATTENDANCE AT BOTH THE MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND THE MANDATORY SITE VISIT
