NOTICE OF CONSULTANT SERVICES
Cedar City Corporation is seeking the services of a qualified firm or individual to perform
Consultant Services for the Cedar City Rate Study 2026.
If you are interested in submitting a proposal, information on the Request for Proposals and
Guidelines for Preparing Proposals will be available on March 20, 2026 and can be obtained
from Jonathan Stathis at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah 84720, Telephone (435) 865-
5120, email: jstathis@cedarcityut.gov. The deadline for submitting the proposal is 5:00 PM on
Friday, April 3, 2026. The right is reserved by the City to reject any and all proposals.
