Description
The City of Warner Robins seeks bids to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, licenses, etc. for the construction of the CHIP housing construction program located at 900 S Armed Forces Blvd., Warner Robins, GA 31088.The successful bidder shall be responsible for the turn-key construction of a Single-Family Housing Development at Airman Blvd. The proposed development will consist of ten (10) Single-Family homes with no more than 4 attached units.
