Sealed bid proposals for IFB B-23-21-58043 Cecil County Animal Shelter Expansion (Phase 2Cattery Addition & Fire Sprinkler System Installation as described in the bid package, for Cecil County, Maryland, will be received from qualified bidders until 1:30 pm on November 9, 2022. Additional specifications and/or instructions to bidders may also be obtained by emailing PurchasingOffice@cecilcountymd.gov .

A virtual pre-bid informational conference shall be held on October 12, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Anyone wishing to attend must email PURCHASINGOFFICE@CECILCOUNTYMD.GOV for log-in information at least 2 hrs in advance.

Hard copy of bid packages delivered prior to the IFB opening shall be shipped to Cecil County, Maryland, 200 Chesapeake Blvd. Attn: Purchasing, Elkton, MD 21921 via commercial carrier of your choice.

Hand delivery of proposals will not be accepted.
