QUESTIONS & ANSWERS No. 1
Issued: November 20, 2025
Construction Engineering and Inspection Services
(CE&I) Proposal
For Improvements to Hacks Cross Road From Shelby
Drive to Stateline Road
(Roads, Bridges and Engineering Department)
TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:
The following question(s) were submitted by potential bidders with answers listed below in red:
Q-1. In order to prepare the most accurate proposal and project understanding, is it possible to
receive a copy of the design plans?
A-1. The Hacks Cross Road Right-of-Way (R.O.W.) Plans have been incorporated as
Appendix A.
Q-2. Requesting clarification of a potential formatting issue on Page 23, Section XI.C.2-4.
Specifically, the line beginning with “3. Which will also include:” appears to be a continuation
of the section titled “2. Comprehensive Response,” rather than a standalone item. Additionally,
the section labeled “4. Experience of the Respondent” seems to be misnumbered and may
actually be intended as item 3.
A-2. Section XI.C.3. is a continuation of Section XI.C.2. requirements for the
Comprehensive Response.
Sincerely,
Original Signature on File
