The work is generally described as follows: This project will consist of the removal and reconstruction of 1st Street from approximately Poplar Street to N Sycamore Street in Eureka, Kansas.

Proposals will be taken for the said construction work listed above by unit prices, as an aggregate bid for the entire project.
