The purpose of this Bid is to solicit qualified contractors to rehabilitate the property located at 2803 Avenue M, Fort Pierce, FL 34947 as a part of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT

A Mandatory Site-Visit will be held 10:00 A.M, Friday September 26, 2025, at 2803 Avenue M, Fort Pierce, Florida 34947. All interested Bidders MUST attend this site visit in order for their bids to be considered. Anyone arriving after10:15 A.M will not be allowed to participate in the Bid process.

No Contractor will be allowed on-site prior to the Mandatory Site Visit.

No exceptions will be granted.
