NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Mayor and the Board Members of the Village of Oak Lawn, Cook County, Illinois, that the sealed bids will be received for the following improvement(s):

CDBG PY24 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Contract 2-2025

Said bids will be received up to the hour of 10 a.m. Central Standard Time, on the 28th day of July, 2025, at the Village Clerk’s Office, in the Village Hall, located at 9446 South Raymond Avenue, Oak Lawn, IL 60453, and will be publicly opened and read at that time.

The Project includes the following Work:  Access, clean, inspect, and rehabilitate or repair sanitary sewers within the specified project area.
