Project Description: Cochise County, hereinafter referred to as the County, through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the State of Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) will accept bids from qualified firms or individuals who are licensed, registered, and in good standing with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. This is a federally funded project which requires that contractors also be registered and verified in SAM.gov.
