Sealed proposals, subject to the specifications, will be received in the City of Colonial Heights VA Finance/Purchasing, City Hall - 201 James Avenue 2nd Floor, Colonial heights VA 23834, until but no later than 2:00 PM EDT, April 24 2024 for the CDBG Program Implementation.

The City of Colonial Heights VA has received a Community Development Block Grant (CDBF) from the Federal Government and use it to support an emergency home repair program designed to help sustain safe and affordable housing conditions for extremely low to moderate residents. The City is seeking a sub-recipient contractor to implement the City's CDBG Emergency Home Repair Program, starting July 1 2024. The sub-recipient shall carry out a program to develop and implement a variety of emergency repair improvements for homes in need of such repair.

The number of homes to be repaired will be dependent on the final budget.
