CDBG Modular/Cross-Mod Replacement - Greenwich, NY

The North Country Rural Development Coalition (NRDC) is seeking bids for a CDBG project in Greenwich, NY. This is the first of several projects involving replacement of a stick-built home with a modular or cross-mod home. Please provide a quote for each style of home. This project includes site evaluation, preparation, delivery and installation of an approximately 1540 square foot, ADA compliant, JIT New Energy Star Certified Modular Home or a CrossMod Home that is eBuilt® certified™, and all related services such as foundation work, utility connections, septic system replacement, and obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy. Contractors must comply with NY State and Local codes.

Bids should include permits, site evaluation, home installation, ramps, grading, and final inspection. Please utilize the bid sheet provided and include details on both modular and cross-mod options. Preference for contractors with experience in frost-protected foundations and Energy Star certified homes.
