CDBG Manufactured Housing Replacement - Crown Point

The North Country Rural Development Coalition (NRDC) is seeking bids for a CDBG Manufactured Home Replacement project in Crown Point, NY. We are replacing a manufactured home, with the project start date set for February 2025. The work includes site evaluation, preparation, installation of an Energy Star certified, approximately 850 square foot manufactured home, and all related services such as foundation work, utility connections, septic system replacement, and obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy. Contractors must comply with NY State and Local codes.

Bids should include permits, site evaluation, home installation, skirting, steps, grading, and final inspection. Preference for contractors with experience in frost-protected foundations and Energy Star certified manufactured homes.
