Summary

Volusia County’s Office of Recovery and Resiliency (ORR) is seeking an implementation Contractor capable of executing a complex recovery from the damage Volusia County suffered from Hurricane Milton in October 2024. The recovery is funded by a U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) Community Development Block Grant for Disaster Recovery (“CDBG-DR”).

ORR seeks a single Contractor for the implementation of the construction services for the repair and/or replacement of up to 300 homes – dependent on cost and level of construction or replacement needed.
