CDBG Application for Year 51

This package is for the CDBG Application for Sub-recipients for the City of Davenport. You must be logged in as a supplier to submit your application. You will need to complete and attach several clearly labeled documents. This is a one-time registration, so if you registered previously, you are still in the system.  If you need to register, click on "Supplier Registration" from the IonWave homepage.  Applicants are encouraged to allow ample time for the registration to process and to become familiarized with the system.  The system will save your work. The system does not allow late submittals. It will lock you out when the due date and due time arrive.

NOTE: THERE ARE THREE PAGES WHERE RESPONSE ATTACHMENTS ARE REQUIRED. LOOK FOR THE "1 2 3" AT THE BOTTOM RIGHT HAND CORNER.
