The MARLBOROUGH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Heat Pump Replacement at State Aided Development: Bolton Street Complex (667-2) in Marlborough, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by SEAMAN ENGINEERING CORP.

Â The Project consists of but not limited to:

Replacement of 13 ductless split heat pump units along with alternate unit pricing for 4 additional units for a total of 17 with new units and associated piping, power and control connections and modifications. The work is estimated to cost $170,000.00.
