Description
The project is located at the existing Van Nuys Metrolink station "park and ride" at 7724 Van Nuys boulevard in Van Nuys, California. About one half of the site will remain as "park and ride" for the Metrolink train station. The other half of the site will be a tiny home village consisting of pallet structures for residents, administration, and hygiene. There will also be parking provided for staff, seating with umbrellas and a combo administration-laundry unit. Maximum number of beds is 100.
