♦ The project will provide temporary emergency homeless shelters, using modular housing units to house 64 individuals. Recommended shelter layout provided as a basis of design (b.o.d.).
♦♦ Modular units will provide sleeping quarters and restroom facilities for individuals and will also be used for administrative offices.
♦♦ An in-ground 8x40 prefabricated structure will be used for laundry amenities and office space.

♦ Work includes all the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide, supply, fabricate, construct, deliver (fob site) and install pallet shelter units to construct an emergency homeless shelter facility.

♦ Other site work includes
♦♦ Site lighting,
♦♦ Mobile seating with mobile umbrellas,
♦♦ Utilitarian hose bibs with lock valves,
♦♦ Perimeter fencing with privacy applications.
