Background

CCUA intends to award a sole-source procurement to purchase Odor Control Products and Services. CCUA would contract this procurement with Precision Odor Control. They are the exclusive distributor for the sale and service of the Ecolo Odor Control System for Clay County.

The Ecolo Odor Control System is a turnkey odor mitigation solution that utilizes proprietary odor-neutralizing chemistry and automated delivery equipment to control hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, mercaptans, and other nuisance odors commonly associated with wastewater treatment operations. The system can be customized for pump stations, treatment plants, sludge handling facilities, and lagoons, providing continuous odor control, improved environmental compliance, and reduced impacts on neighboring communities.
