CCSD requesting bids for Parking lot improvements for Lewiston Elementary School, Engineer Project No. 25-8149. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of the Columbia County Board of Education, Attn: Mr. Tim Beatty located at 4781 Hereford Farm Road, Evans, Georgia 30809, until Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Bid documents may be reviewed at the Columbia County School District office of Facilities, Maintenance & Operations Division, 6000 Columbia Road, Grovetown, GA (weekdays between the hours of 7:30 a.m. & 4:30 p.m.) or the office of the engineer, EMC ENGINEERING SERVICES, INC. (Engineer), 4424 Columbia Road, Suite B, Martinez, GA 30907 (weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. & 5:00 p.m.).
Bidding Documents may be downloaded from an internet link that will be provided by the engineer. Prospective Bidders are urged to contact the administrative assistant for the Engineer, Tara Harris at tara_harris@emc-eng.com to register as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The internet link will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project.
